Welcome to Big Blue, rodsaw. I'm pleased to see that you were finally able to get here.
Here's the poor-man's version of the CNR's 8 hatch reefer, done with a modified Athearn car. The October, 1939 BLT. date makes it just under the wire to be on my late '30s-era layout...

Sorry I haven't commented earlier. That's a great job on both of the reefers. I have 3 of the F&C kits sitting on the shelf, waiting for their day on the workbench.

Thank you for the comment. I replaced the F&C decals with Black Cats decals which are crisper, at least to my eyes.
