Might as well Cheers
I think its great to see others starting there own engine roster threads Misngth

Tom you got some nice engines i must say Thumbsup Thumbsup My favorite is that CSX "stealth" scheme. This was actually the scheme just before the actual stealth scheme. The formal name for the scheme you have is called the CSX-b scheme. Lasted up until October of 1988, when it was replaced by the Stealth scheme in November of 1988 which featured all CSX Gray from the walkway up and all CSX Blue from the walkway down. Some had yellow front and real with large CSX letters and some had yellow front, rear, and walkways as well as handrails, with CSX Blue underframe. All were catchy schemes but were all eventually painted over by CSX in the 1990's by the YN2 also known as the "Bright Future" and the YN3 also known as the "Dark Future" ( which was started in Feb 2002) paint scheme's.

I was tempted to do my CSX Stealth unit (#8706) in the scheme that yours is in, but i think i will get another and then paint it to match the scheme you have Misngth

Look forward to following this thread Tom, be sure to post pics of all your new locos you get Cheers

**EDIT, BTW Tom, if you ever wanna sell that CSX unit, id be interested Misngth
Ya that CSX unit is sharp. I liked it when they had the blue on the trucks and fuel tank. The CR units though, bravo! I do indeed miss "Big Blue".

Dave

I'd do this myself, except you would blink and it would be over. Misngth
