Well I cleaned off my work station (TV Table :) and I am ready to start my next project. Time to start my favorites...Tunnel Motors ;D
One is an RTR (only one I have) SD45T-2. This one won't get many modes done to it, but will get the standard details added.
The second one is a BB SD40T-2 that I plan to through everything at. I am going to open the grills, replace the nose, subbase, cab, filter box, blower, filter screens, turbo, and fans with cannon parts amongst other parts.
As you can see by the stack of parts on the back of the tray I am already helping Paul with his sales this year, and I don't even have half of the parts yet.
Here is how I hope they will look.

The "Royal Gorge" is a good looking scheme...that and all the additions you plan to make will be great.

A few more dirty pics ;D
This is a model I did not long after I got back into the hobby. It is the first Royal Gorge unit built. It is not very detailed and I have thought about stripping it and starting over. But first, I thought I could use it to experiment with some weathering. I used powders, washes, and paints on this and wanted it to look like a unit that has seen several years on a rocky mountain coal road. Maybe even as a pusher.
I don't think it turned out to bad and may just keep it for historical purposes
