RE: Photo Fun February 2026 - LiveSteamer - 02-28-2026 Conrail GP #3091 & MT-4 Slug #1003 at the shops waiting for 3091 to have the marker lights fix and a new front knuckle as the crew pulled a knuckle while moving cars around. If you look right above the slug, you can see #9950 sitting at the shops. RE: Photo Fun February 2026 - TMo - 03-01-2026 Rolling coal again today. As the photo shows, I still don't have coal loads for this set of CNJ 3-bay offset hoppers... Just put a set of 3 of these (B&O) up on evilbay. Hard to part with them, but the train got too long... Todd. Black Beauty blasting material makes a great looking coal load. I glue mine in with diluted white glue but if you want to run empties I don't advise the glue. Charlie RE: Photo Fun February 2026 - TMo - 03-01-2026 Another good suggestion, Charlie! I've actually had a guy at work generate a 3d print for the basis of my coal loads and they I glue real coal dust right on top of that - looks great once they're done, but it's just another task that has languished. |
