According to the scanner a Conrail cop spotted two guys loading frozen foods from a reefer into a white truck at a warehouse in Philly. By the time it took him to get around to the suspects they had driven off. He pursued them and requested a backup. A PA State Trooper responded, the chase went over the bridge into New Jersey, where they finally stopped with additional help from local law enforcement.
