Does anyone know what year this type of reefer was modernized?

I don't think the UP (ARMN) reefers were established in 1995. But I found out cryogenically cooled cars were first introduced in 1990. If this is a Trinity reefer model, they began service in 2003 according to BLMA's website.

No. These are older 57' reefers.

Plan #2 Revision #1

Moved the propane dealer from the bottom right side to the top left side. Put a cement and general use trans-load in where the propane dealer was. Put a pulp loading spur on the Point Edward side for intermittent use. The Canford Lumber will be renamed for a frozen food distributer and will receive 57' reefers.

That looks very good but I do not fully understand how you will run an operating session.
Where do you start a new operating session with an engine and some cars to be distributed and where ends the session when all car are collected?
The tracks at the top right end would be useful to attach a cassette with a train for that purpose but the mainline is at the very bottom and hardly accessible to add remove cars.

Are you suggesting Stephen switch scales fro HO to O? And that plan is too simple. There should at least be a simple yard w/ a run around siding on the very plain end

Andy, Justin's trackplan for the NCIR is correct as it is - for O or HO - Jack Hills layout has a plain end with a washed out bridge, and the track beyond being out of service - so he has it right! BLMA is making these cars & their website says these are 64' Trinity reefers that came out in 2003.

I will stage the train at the start of the session. Probably 3-5 cars.
