HobbyLine Pennsylvania #1000 - TonyC - 05-02-2025

Hello,

I picked up some nice HO trains at an estate sale today and I'm not familiar with one of the brands.  I have a HobbyLine Pennsylvania #1000 engine.  I haven't been able to find any images or information on this.  Is it from the 1950's or much more recent?  And what is the approximate value of this engine?

Thanks!

I remember HObbyline as being late 50s--early 60s.
But I may be confusing it with Hobbytown. The one I'm thinkin of made some early plastic kits incuding a dockside.

Welcome aboard Tony

Hobbyline was a manufacturer in the 50's.

Feel free to join in around the hobo campfire.

Great info.  Thanks all.  For being from 50's / 60's it's in pretty good looking condition.  Need ot get on the track and test it.  Big Ol' Hobbyline on bottom.
