Absolutely no idea, but several attempts with Google yielded:

<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.peco-uk.com/Nuremburg/images/HO_img_93.jpg">http://www.peco-uk.com/Nuremburg/images/HO_img_93.jpg</a><!-- m -->

which is apparently a model of a Lima product. Subsequent searches were not fruitful... Sad

Close, but no cigar! As you can see from these pictures, it's actually a Co+Co arrangement.

Still looking for more info...

This photo http://www.53a-pix.co.uk/picture/Cracoe-RY-110802.jpg identifies a very similar (or the same) engine as a Hunslet Co-Co shunter (switcher).

Hunslet is a British loco builder, it seems: http://www.brc-stockbook.co.uk/Hunslett.htm, http://www.hunsletengine.com. Builds industrial locomotives.

They have a new diesel hydraulic engine coming out now: http://www.hunsletengine.com/downloads/New%20Loco%20Leaflet.pdf. Cab and body style of the new engine also has a family resemblance to the engine you showed a picture of.

Smile,
Stein
