Re: Would anyone be interested in the "Photography Game" here? - UP SD40-2 - 12-16-2008 jmarksbery Wrote:Huh, what are the rules for this? Jim, it goes like this, if someone posts a pic, like a UP SD40-2 #3340, you can intern post an SD40-2 from ANY road, OR, you can post ANYTHING UP, or you can post ANYTHING train related with the #3340 . If someone posts steam, ANY steamer will do, we arnt picky on the steam models because they are so rare . the pics can be the REAL THING, or MODELS, BOTH will work , i hope that helped you . Re: Would anyone be interested in the "Photography Game" here? - UP SD40-2 - 12-16-2008 OH YEAH, i forgot to mention, if you post a pic, you have to wait till the next post to post again, you cant post twice in a row . Re: Would anyone be interested in the "Photography Game" here? - Tom - 12-17-2008 UP SD40-2 Wrote:jmarksbery Wrote:Huh, what are the rules for this? To add to Deano's excellent instructions, if it is a freight car, post another of that type of car is cool too. For instance, if it is a Boxcar, post another boxcar, a covered hopper, another covered hopper, a reefer, post another reefer, etc. So, if you go with the first post, you could have posted another caboose, another WP ANYTHING, or another car or locomotive numbered 430. But it's all good, your post is ok, we're not gonna take you out back and flog you or anything, it's all in fun. Re: Would anyone be interested in the "Photography Game" here? - Charlie B - 12-17-2008 Don't forget, It has to be a picture you took or have the right to use, not one found elsewhere on the Internet. I guess we should also allow pictures you posted in the other thread on the other location too. Charlie Re: Would anyone be interested in the "Photography Game" here? - Tom - 12-17-2008 Ok, so where were we at? Oh yeah, OLD steam. Here's my little 0-4-0T with auxilary tender, 2 coaches and a caboose on a display track above the fireplace. Hopefully this will jump start things again now that we have the rules an dfine print out of the way. Re: Would anyone be interested in the "Photography Game" here? - Dan85 - 12-17-2008 Ok, since you allow any steam to follow steam, and since I don't know squat about steam, here's my contribution: - Dan Re: Would anyone be interested in the "Photography Game" here? - Charlie B - 12-17-2008 Nice picture Dan I think the one in the picture before was an 0-2-0 fired by black powder originally. Charlie Re: Would anyone be interested in the "Photography Game" here? - Charlie B - 12-17-2008 Here is a picture of the Royal Hudson when it was on a tour of the Southern Railroad March, 1979. Dan, where is the locomotive (453)that you picture? I would hate to have to hook that front air hose up. Charlie Re: Would anyone be interested in the "Photography Game" here? - Dan85 - 12-17-2008 As it sits, it's just a static model in front of K&K Hobby Shop near Utica, New York. If you look real close you can still see the Christmas lights attached! - Dan Re: Would anyone be interested in the "Photography Game" here? - Green_Elite_Cab - 12-18-2008 J1 2-10-4 for the win! What are the rules for a picture like this? Re: Would anyone be interested in the "Photography Game" here? - Wiredup - 12-18-2008 I'll see your steam, and raise you big steam! CPR Selkirk # 5931 Edit: just noticed my follow up was also a 2-10-4 Re: Would anyone be interested in the "Photography Game" here? - Charlie B - 12-18-2008 And one more, A PCM Y6b Charlie Re: Would anyone be interested in the "Photography Game" here? - nolatron - 12-18-2008 Southern Pacific X-745 "Mikadoā€¯ Mk-5 2-8-2 Re: Would anyone be interested in the "Photography Game" here? - cnw1961 - 12-19-2008 Here is my Mike.
