Another SD 45-2, Horseshoe Curve August 1990 . Didn't all the EL SD 45-2's have their horns mounted on the engineers side of the roof?

According to what I read, All the horns on the SD45-2's were changed from the engineers side, to the front and center below the roof line. This was so they could operate in Cleveland coal service(Why?.Wasn't explained). The pictures Charllie posted must of been taken just before Conrail renumbered the unit. Here's a pic of the same unit, renumbered by Conrail.

Huh. Trick of the light made it look like that GP35's rads were flared like an SD45... :oops:

At least I got the U25 right!
