Re: Railcar exchange - eightyeightfan1 - 08-16-2010

You guys have some nice looking stuff.

Couple of my "Home Road" rolling stock.

60' Berkwick. Maybe to modern for a lot of you.

40' High Cube. Early 70's...Maybe?

I may have a couple of those "Eagle" decals left. I made them myself a few years ago.

ngauger, could you please send me some info on this boxcar? It would make a nice car for use being switched into a freight house or something of that nature.

Railroader9731, I like the colors of the EN&W scheme. What are you using for lettering?

Ralph

Re: Railcar exchange - railroader9731 - 08-20-2010

Believe it or not the wifes scrap booking gave me the idea. At wally world (wal mart) in their craft dept for 2$ you get a pack of sticky letters lower and upper case with diff symbols. First i pait the car section i want the letters to be let dry apply letters then spray car color then dry again and peel off letters. I can get 3-4 rail cars done b4 the sticky lil buggers start to loose thier stick.
