Wisher Washers - mountaingoatgreg - 11-25-2010

I was asked to put togehter the Wisher Washers from Scale Structures. He also inclded the detail kit that had all the boxes and washers. These are some time consuming kits but they can really look pretty good if you spend the time on them. I still have a few touch up spots to take care of before it gets sent to its permanent home, but I am pretty happy with the way the building came out.

Now I can get back to my projects....

Looks Great!

What type of material is it molded in, resin?

Re: Wisher Washers - mountaingoatgreg - 11-26-2010

Dan,
Yes it is a Resin kit with strip wood for the dock and railrings. The rest of the staircase and details are all unpainted cast metal parts.

Looking really nice, Greg. So who is the lucky owner and how did he get you to do the build? Maybe you can do some stuff for me? Wink

Re: Wisher Washers - mountaingoatgreg - 11-26-2010

This is actually for the owner of Scale Structures and will be a dispaly model for him. I have a little arangment with him where I build buildings for him for a fee and some detail parts.

Nice arrangement, Greg. Can't ever have enough detail parts!
