MAINTENANCE OF WAY THREAD - csiguy68 - 02-24-2011 Hi All I have been giving this some thought for a while now and just decided as Nike says "JUST DO IT". the topic of this new thread is "MAINTENANCE OF WAY". M y thoughts are that Maintenance of Way equipment and techniques are very interesting to see yet something a lot of us never see much of or know a whole lot about. you can post information or photos on techniques used to track maintenance too . Also please post any photos of maintenance of way equipment. they can be the real thing or photos of model MOW rolling stock . long as the photo was taken by you or you have permission to use it is acceptable. also if you want you can post any information or questions you have pertaining to MOW items, such as rail, ties , roadbed or any type of MOW techniques. hopefully we can all learn and see more about a very important and interesting aspect of railroading. I will start the thread off . here are a few photos I took last year.
