Kudos and Wow....Impossible - Charlie B - 02-28-2011

I ordered some decoders from Litchfield Station on Saturday (they are not open for business on Sat.) . At 11 AM today the package arrived in Ohio, shipped USPS first class, from Arizona, and the Post mark is FEBRUARY 28th. I didn't know that Scotty could beam things that fast.
That's service Cheers
Charlie

Even though it was postmarked the 28th it left AZ the 26th, but still awesome service.

I too ordered a decoder and speaker from Litchfield...and received excellent service. Plus at the time, they had free shipping on orders over $75.
I would not hesitate to recommend them or order from them again in the future.

This wasn't my first shopping experience there, previously I had bought some supplies for decoder installation, and the service was great then but this was just one of those things that caught me completely off guard because the Post Office came through too.
If the Post Office always gave this kind of service UPS and Fed Ex would not have made such inroads into the industry.
