The Manifest just arrived!!!
Good thing I stayed put in Minnesota!
Chucks' Detroit Connecting and Hogsback and Southern staff forwarded the new manifest and it is now my turn to send it off to Galen first thing tomorrow morning. Keep it moving!

Guys, I don't know what to say other than the replacement manifest still hasn't gotten to my neck of the woods yet. I understand I was next on the list and that it was mailed off, but I haven't seen it. I have checked the mail each day but nada.

I don't know where you heard that I mailed out the second manifest...I still have it and am now waiting on NEW instructions as to where to send it - see the other HO tour car thread, mods. Tom, I can send it to you once I hear from the moderators...unless everybody is fine with an incomplete manifest. I KNOW I sent you the first one....but I've had the second one for three weeks now.

Well you know what, sometimes life gets in the way. And instead of just assuming - look what that's done - you should always ask. Maybe there's a darn good reason things don't work out the way we plan. I know, if I had sent it like I planned we wouldn't be in this spot. Oh well. I screwed up. I'm sorry. Happy now?
