I found the worlds biggest lego train layout at the national train show on u-tube.

That video was amazing, mind blowing even, and definitely worth more than one viewing.
All I can say is
The Melbourne Chapter of Lego clubs put on a very good display at one or two of the main Melbourne Model Train shows and the one they did for this years exhibit at Sandown was superb. Not only were the trains running round through a marvelous town complete with a large scale fire in a multi storey building, but there were also several bridges and a turntable at the engine terminal.
