Those are really good looking logs, sometimes nature really can be an excellent source for details.

Thanks Gus, they are twigs, VERY small twigs. From 1/32nd to 5/16th's of an inch thick and 5/8th's of an inch long. Eek

Guys thanks for the kind words! Harry if the crane you are refering to was one to transfer the wood from the trucks to the flat cars, there isn't one. I'm modeling the 60's and the real yard here did all that by hand back then. They did get a forklift in the late 70's.
