I thought you guys might be interested in a different form of ISL, built by a guy here in UK - you'll find it here http://www.rmweb.co.uk/community/index. ... 8998-helm/

Jack,

Thanks for posting the link for Helm Leasing here. I have been following the thread over on the RMweb site and was also planning on posting the link, but you beat me to it. It's an impressive layout that I need to study some more so I can glean some ideas for my TastyBake layout. Thumbsup Thumbsup

Re: Helm Leasing - Ralph - 12-14-2011

I like this layout a lot! Nice industrial scenery, cool equipment like the jacks lifting the boxcar off its trucks, great locomotive weathering...and I am very gratified to see he used corrugated craft paper for his buildings siding. I used this for my steel mill. Thanks for the link!

You are trying to log into the new RMWeb community (http://www.rmweb.co.uk/community/) not the old one?

Thanks for the link Jack. Very creative.

The best way to have eclectic models in diverse states of disrepair in a credible environment.
