Our suburban passenger rail system in my home state capital city of Melbourne is suffering form extreme overcrowding. We may not be too far from this!!! The overhead electric system might just prove to be a problem but. :o

In fact, it looks like a staged performance. All people standing neatly in row, looking toward the photograph... just like a publicity shot as you mentionned.
