Looks like it was done using the same technology as the German Wonderland layout, which features hundreds of autonomously operating vehicles, ships and aircraft. (I noticed that the persons in the background were all speaking German.)

Noo Yawk........
Next week ( May 9 ) I'll be on my way there, stopping in Pittsburgh, and Manalapan, N.J.,on the way, before heading out to the South Shore of Long Island.
I will get my feet ( if not more ) in the Atlantic Ocean once again. I do miss the Salt Water !
I might get all the way out to Montauk Point !
