Indetifying a Brass HO 0-6-0 - cnj1524 - 06-15-2015

Trying to find out who made this 0-6-0 in Brass,I know some things were changed to make it a CN 0-9-A,I was
told that it was an ATSF but doesnt appear to be,any help would be great,this has to be from the 70s,80s

Brass steamers usually has the makers ID on the bottom of the loco &/or tender. But given all the solder goobers on the outside, any ID may have been removed. You'll need to look at "Iron Horses of the Santa Fe Trail" to see it's a Santa Fe 0-6-0.
