Weekly Photo Fun 3/17 - 3/23/23 - tompm - 03-17-2023

Looks like I am starting the thread this week. I hope all is well with Bruce.

B&O GP-40 locomotives lead a freight through Leiperville Union Station. Locos are Atlas Master with Command DCC installed. The other night I switched the jumper from DC to DCC on both locos so now they are full DCC.

Nice start Tom. I remember seeing my first prototype B&O in Lowellville, Ohio. It was Chessie System by then, but the locomotives I saw were still in B&O Blue.

Climbing the grade on the Wilderson with a first class passenger train are a pair of Baldwin passenger sharknose locomotives.

A late start this week for me---thanks Tom and Charlie for getting things rolling.

Here's a photo of the heavy duty flatcar I posted about in Hobo's Campfire.

QTTX 130654, first local HD flat I've seen in the past 20 years.
Located at Pringle Yard (Union Pacific) at Salem, Oregon.
I did see one other, empty Kasgro Rail, around 1995.
