Nice collection.
I have the Bachmann DD40. It is the older one with the pancake motor.

Hi All,

This week a new addition to the roster .... after searching on ebay for a Kato SD70 ACe flag unit in vain and most of them not much less secondhand as opposed to new ......... i bought a new one and a Digitrax DN163K1C decoder to go with it.

Usual Kato quality and after running on my loco tester i fitted the decoder ..... note should be made the two forward locating lugs for the exhaust moulding inside the body should be trimmed to allow the body to it correctly after install.

Not sure if you guys have seen this longer chassis protector on Kato locos now as it supports the truck in transit as well as the tank.

Sweet runner as ever from Kato Big Grin

Nick,

That's quite a collection! But lots of diesels though Eek

I have a collection of 17 British 00 locos (17 steam, no diesel!) and about 7 HO North American (3 steam, 4 diesel). Some day, I'll post a roster as well.

Do you have any layout pics posted?

Cheers,
Rob

Thanks for posting that other link. I just quickly checked it and that looks like quite a layout and great scenery. Also, I did see and like the pics of the Big Boys.

Sure, I'll try to post a roster in the next little while. Still waiting for my latest addition -- a Hornby Mallard which I've ordered. Smile

I have been tempted to convert my 00/H0 layout to N scale, mainly for space reasons. But I'm so far in now (in terms of the locos, rolling stock, buildings and layouts, etc.) that it would be expensive and time-consuming to change!

Cheers, Rob
