MOW train in New Brighton, MN - Ralph - 03-22-2009 I noticed this MOW train on the way home from church this morning. I returned with my camera. Cleanest tank car I ever saw... It was a rail grinder setup. like that one, each piece seemed to be linked together. It looked like a very dirty job though.
