Tom: good luck on the plumbing.
When we had a leak (pipe to toilet had the fastener dismantle) they said that the pipe break was not covered but the resulting damage was. The new pipe was under $10 but the damage included wet wood floors and water on top of garage and TV room ceilings.
The repair crew told us that they were paid to remove and re-install the bathroom fixtures (to get at the floor) but they didn't have to put the same ones back in. We paid them to install some new ones to replace the 40-year old ones.

Greetings, gang.

Cloudy, 51, and a noisy storm underway in the remote reaches of northern Iowa this morning. Supposed to get to the mid 60s later along with some additional storms this evening.

Yesterday was successful. I have almost all the living room floor repaired. One small 4X6 inch area left to do this morning. After lunch yesterday I hopped on the pollution solution vehicle and took an 8 mile bike ride. During the ride I paid a couple of drive by bills and made a stop at the credit union. This morning I'll try to finish up the floor repair. With the storms in the area the lightning will prevent me from going for a walk. If the floor repair goes well maybe I'll make a visit to the gym.

All stay safe.
