I've dredged up this old thread to right an oversight on my part. I was recently doing a "search" here on roofing, and noticed that I had commented earlier in this thread, but failed to return after all of the work was completed. :oops:

Richard, my apologies for somehow overlooking your successful completion of this project. You've achieved outstanding results and I'm sure A.G. was as impressed as was I. Not only great workmanship, but I find it very impressive that you went back to redo the parts which required further attention.
