What a great experience! That's a whole lotta weight you were moving around with that handle. Really amazing time I bet.

So YOU were the ones I heard running 608 around last Saturday at the museum? I was over working on fixing the hand rails on the WP 484 caboose. They got nicked in a switching move with the rotary plow. UP asked us to get it ready a few months ago for possible use in the canyon and a switch crew misjudged the width of it. Funny too, becuase 24 hours prior, I was working on handrails on an HO model of the 484. I wish I had known you were there, I'd have come over to meet you and the family. I had given a crew training class that morning and a few of us straightened the hand rails wih a torch, a chain and a forklift, then it was off to the board meeting at 4.

Next time you come up, give me a holler.
