The cold spell of 1978 continues to keep Amtrak running late. I took advantage of that to get these pictures. Normally it was through town around 1 AM. Broadway Limited, Train 41 at MP 50 East Palestine, Ohio.      Charlie

And back in 1977 a wicked winter continues to hang on. Amtrak 41, the Broadway Limited is passing the Kenmar Manufacturing Company, makers of fine furniture. The train is only 7 hours late, and track speed is set at 10 MPH due to track conditions. (PC lack of maintenance).
