Remember Memorial Day And What It Means
#1
This weekend we honor all those who have paid the ultimate price so that we may remain free.

Let us not forget.

Yes, today is Memorial Day and we need to stop for a bit to remember those who gave their all for us to have the freedom that we enjoy. For those who have lost loved ones and friends in this cause, you need to be remembered on this special day as well.

Memorial Day should be a remembrance of those that have fallen and the hell the survivors go through late at night when the ghost come and a remembrance that war should be the very last option or if the cause is actually worth fighting for..58,000 plus names on that black wall in Washington makes that all to clear.

As that song goes, War,what's it good for? Absolutely nothing.

The dead is buried,a toast to fallen comrades and the mess is forgotten until the next war..

Well said Larry. On Memorial Day weekend, I remember those who never came home, those who came home not the same as they left, and I pray that others never have to go into battle. I know, I know - crap in one hand, pray in the other, and see which one gets filled first.

Thank you to all who serve/d.
