A 3d printed HOn3 2-6-0
#1
So far everything in the photo is 3d printed thru Shapeways with the exception of a few bits of brass wire and rod.

My goal is to 3d print nearly everything except motor, axles, some brass wire, and wheels.

Very nice what we can see.  Is it possible to resize the photo so we can see more?  All I can see is the smoke box and the two domes.

Tom

Simply right-click on the part that's visible, and then select "View Image".

Here's a full view...

Any updates? Is it possible to 3d print a functioning electric motor to run it?

Had to go look, that's neat Kevin, even if it isn't N scale... Icon_lol Icon_lol  Just looking through Micro-Mart catalog and see they have 3D printers now for under $500, starting to sound tempting...
