Jacques Re: My Hometown - doctorwayne - 01-29-2009 Jacques, from what I've read, the Sweep uses the frame, trucks, and cab of an SW1200RS, and the hood, main generator, cooling fans, and traction motor blowers from a GP9, and is re-engined with a 12V-645C diesel engine. I think that they're all owned privately now, by leasing firms or industries.
