Hi Deano---it's been a bonus lately for the railfans around my hometown with a variety of "foreign power" on the Canadian National and Canadian Pacific's "heritage" and "honour our troops" locomotives.Apparently CN is experiencing a shortage of locomotives during an increase of train movements and there are regular sightings of UP,CSX,BNSF,NS and KCS units---recently train 396 had 3 Union Pacific locomotives as the power---as usual I missed it.I did get out today and caught one of Uncle Pete's locomotives on train 149.I agree with you that the Canadian Pacific SD70ACU #7018 is a real beauty in the grey and tuscan red livery of the roads original diesel roster.Hopefully the happy days will continue.
