Looks great, Guy. I recently repainted a True-line reefer and found that Krylon Paver gray was a fairly decent match to my eye.

Here is the end of the story.
I was able to letter all of the six cars last week and I applied a coat of matte varnish during the weekend. Here are the results. Two cars built by CN-T in the 40' Two cars built by NSC in 1958 Two cars built by NSC in 1954. Those last two cars are the ones I repainted from True Line Trains products. As explained earlier, one was stripped off its original paint, the second was not. After finishing both I can't identify which one is which.
