I have NO idea what this machine is called or what it even does. I saw it sitting this morning at Saltsburg,Pennslyvania.

thanks very much for the compliments. i certainly will do my best to get more and hope others will contribute to this thread to. however there has been a lot of maintenance equipment and work being down in my neck of the woods lately so with some luck i will be able to find more interesting equipment. todd
