There was a two day turn-around on the boxcar at GERN so the flat sat at West Mill's Float Yard until one of the idler cars used by the car float operation broke a wheel. The Float Master decided to press the Pennsey flat into service for a day:

Why not? You're paying a per diem on the thing as long as it's on your rails, might as well use it for something!
