I made one step further and moved the tank to the building (like Domino) and serve it with covered hoppers (sugar).
The lot on the other side of the rails got backdrop buildings cut from Streetview in the Cermak Rd. area of Chicago. A bunch of short and old fence parts got a cleanup and soldered into one string. It forms a yard like the front side at 2385 South Wood St.

It is a tough decision to give up on a rail served industry.... may be it will not last very long
