[...How do you use it? Do you dip it & wash it off?

I put about 1/2" in an plastic ice-cream container, wear latex gloves, have a brush and sprinkle the cleaner on the body and start brushing it after one or two minutes until it's clean. The paint will fall off by itself. The brush speeds the process and saves cleaner.
After use I put it back with a cone into the can for multiple reuse.

CAUTION! it stinks like hell. Do it outside or in a very well ventilated room, keep the windows open, the door closed and ask your wife to visit her best friend!
