White Rock freight house interior?
#4
I found this in the description:
The freight house is a very important part of every railroad as it is the point where the railroad can load and unload goods to businesses and individuals. This freight house has box car height doors on the front and street level doors in the back. Some of these structures where also used as coal storage sheds.

My guess would be ramps built into the floor on the inside to drop to the street doors for truck (or wagon) loading, The floors were probably laid with 3x6 tongue and groove lumber, with a substantial frame to support heavy loads.
