I think I found another great resource over on youtube. several hours of ABC News footage from July 4, 1976

Excellent source material !! I remember, my older brother and I, listening to Jean Shepherd, on WOR radio, New York, more years ago than I care to remember. Wouldn't think of ever missing that show, and all the laughs I got from it. Was good to see, recognized the voice instantly ! Wink Smile Smile Smile I'll have to play the whole thing when I have the time.

The specific 4th-of-July details can be used in almost any scene (( Fireworks might pose a significant problem, either fake them, or have a Fire Extinguisher readily available - - - model railroads don't look all that good, modeled in "Charcoal" )) Icon_twisted 357 357 357 Wink
We always learn far more from our own mistakes, than we will ever learn from another's advice.

Lead me not into temptation.....I can find it myself!
