Great to see you back on Big Blue after such a long absence.......Might get me more inspired to actually complete my own layout, rather than just continue to experiment with slightly different track arrangements and operate two or three nights a week.

Nothing in life is important other than life itself so selling my layout wasn't actually a big deal for me, have so much that's a blessing.

I don't see much wrong with operations a few nights a week, I battled to get sessions in one every 2 weeks so don't stress about the "progress" of your layout, it's yours to do with as you wish. I don't think they are ever truly finished anyway.
