I believe that the president of the road demands an interior! Will the train be all platform cars...or a mix. A 10-6 sleeper would be in order for a non-vestibule car...for those lowly secretary and food prep types. I know that some 10-6s were used in the official trains for a few of the modern roads...with their stainless steel sheathing removed, of course.
