Ok Rob here is what I have to work with. This will be an HO scale layout that is 2 foot wide along with measurements seen on layout and id like to have at least one creek/river scene, a small yard to hold and allow switching of cars. On the current set up I have 2 towns/station stops 1 on north side and 1 south side. Here id also like to run a coal run along with the following industries I have grain elevator, magic pan bakery, gasification plant, George Roberts printing, feed mill and brookside dairy. If your up to it see what can be done on a single deck and if need be id be willing to try a double deck. On the plan here the red line is where the layout can be ran to before drop bridge crosses door way into what is marked by the 2 black marks.
