Highball Graphics at <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.mgdecals.com">www.mgdecals.com</a><!-- w --> had just released Penn Central and Conrail decals for these cars. The website said that new decals are being released, you may want to email them. At present time they do not have CSX decals.
