Power is so short they called for any locomotive. It didn't matter what it was and the only one they could find was the ALCO PA-1. So it was up for the challenge of pulling the small freight. Now I know that the boxcar was built in 67 so this is far fetched, but hey I'm working with what I have right now. lol
