Think about it, if a person has three or four negative feedbacks, and he responds to them all by calling the buyers "liars", I think that would speak for itself. Kinda like a, "everybody is out to get me" thing. To start with, regardless of what a seller says, if they can't pack something right, then they shouldn't ship it. You don't offer sloppy packaging as an option.
