looking very nice, and convincing! If I may be a little 'critical', or a suggestion would be more appropriate: A little weathering of the buildings, rolling stock and details (roads, surfaces etc) would help to gell the whole scene together, but very immaculate work otherwise. I am not a fan of the red white and blue rail america colour scheme (they've done that to my favourite, California Northern RR too), I like the patched up UP units. For once, the UP is getting their own back, after molesting all those SP units and more :-) (I still like UP though
