I think that Preiser may have forklift drivers - here's a LINK. Click on the part number to see a picture. Set 10037 Crane Personnel, set 10038 Truck Drivers, set 14009 Truckers, or set 14128 Crane Personnel might work. I didn't see any forklift drivers, though.
Rather than go through that long list (which includes figures in various scales) select your scale, then Preiser, then "Workers" - it cuts it down to just six pages.
If you can find one of those old Revell HO scale auto carrier trucks or moving vans, the under-sized driver that was included with the kit could be suitable. Mine was chrome plated, but I put him through re-hab and got a decent driver for a Model T, and little or no surgery was required.
