Sadly I had actually been looking for another job since a fornight before I got sacked- it had become a very uncomfortable place to work
The staff turnover had always been high (most lasted only 6-12 months- @ 80k a year plus) which tells you that somethings always been iffy
but the last 6-8 weeks has been a pure slaughter in terms of staff leaving/ being forced to leave.
It's like the owners are deliberately committing business suicide- but I know that they have their house and boat up against the business so if it goes down they are literally pennyless
so why are they doing it???
If they had just continued on as usual, they would literally have 30 million plus in their bank account- instead they look like losing everything they own
