Gus, the numbers in the chart Svein posted are right. The radii of Peco code 100 and code 75 curved turnouts are 1524/762 mm. If you want to hand-lay a curved turnout, I think the easiest way is to use a track template from Fast Tracks: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.handlaidtrack.com/HO-Scale-Printable-Track-Templates-for-Curved-Turnouts-s/106.htm">http://www.handlaidtrack.com/HO-Scale-P ... -s/106.htm</a><!-- m -->. Print it out, glue the PCB ties to the printout and then you can easily position the track. Fix it with adhesive tape for soldering. You can get all the PCB ties and woodties you need at Fast Tracks. If you want to build only one TO, then I would get a piece of PC board and some stripwood and cut the ties myself.
