Well, thanks to Reinhard's continued initiative, PayPal may yet be a choice. He sent me $5.00, of which $4.50 got through to the account. This is a much more manageable fee, and the amount is closer to the cost of a mailed-out set, so anyone wishing to use the PayPal option may do so. Once the decals have been ordered, I'll have an exact cost-per-set and will notify each buyer of their total cost (decals, postage, and PayPal fee). When your decals arrive, then you send the payment - not before.
